INVISION Architecture in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, design, and execution across diverse architectural projects. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and internal teams, guiding scope, budgets, schedules, and technical coordination from concept through construction.

This role emphasizes client relationship building, team leadership, and delivering high-quality design solutions, with in-office collaboration and opportunities to mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from an accredited program
• 7+ years of architectural experience with PM responsibilities
• Strong understanding of building systems, constructability, detailing and coordination
• Revit proficiency; AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Office preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple architectural projects from programming and design through construction administration.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure code compliance, constructability, and QA reviews.
• Coordinate construction documents and specifications; manage multidisciplinary consultants.
• Lead meetings, design reviews, and presentations with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with leadership on planning and opportunities.
