Responsibilities

• Consults with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements and prepares information on design, costs, and construction time.
• Visits project sites to become familiar with existing conditions.
• Prepares fee proposals and budgets for project approval by the Department Head.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure on-schedule progress within budget.
