Qualifications

• Licensed architect with 10+ years post-graduate experience.
• Experience as lead Project Manager on multiple projects.
• Experience with full-service construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, consultants and staff professionally.
• Prepare design presentations for clients with Office Director and Principals.
• Establish design criteria and ensure code compliance.
• Manage project team, workload and documentation.
• Monitor finances and schedule to meet budget and deadlines.
• Lead construction documents development through all project phases.
• Coordinate meetings with owners, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee staffing needs and proposals in coordination with leadership.
• Direct client invoicing and collections where applicable.
