Job summary

Borrelli & Partners, Inc. in Orlando seeks a full-time, self-motivated Registered Architect / Project Manager to lead architectural projects using AutoCAD or Revit.

The ideal candidate will manage all project phases, ensure timely execution, and communicate with stakeholders. Requirements include a registered architect with 10+ years of experience and strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills; proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Licensed Architect
• 10+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Proficient in CAD systems (Revit preferred), Sketch-Up, Lumion

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all aspects of architectural project delivery
• Create plans and drawings outlining architectural design
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality and safety
• Oversee design/construction process and make recommendations
• Manage staff and consultants assigned to projects
• Collaborate to establish goals, schedules, and budgets
• Proposal preparation and client presentations
• Assist with marketing needs and client relations
