Job summary

Kforce has a client seeking an experienced Architect Project Manager for an established firm in Boca Raton, FL. The role leads multidisciplinary teams from concept to construction, ensuring design quality, schedule adherence and budget performance while serving as the primary client contact.

Candidates bring 8+ years of architectural project management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Architectural licensure preferred but not required.
• 8+ years of architectural project management and design experience.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, invoicing and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of codes, permitting and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design through construction administration.
• Serve as primary liaison for clients, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets and communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for successful delivery.
• Assist with production and design using Revit.
• Manage project financials including forecasting, budgeting and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with codes, permitting and QC standards.
• Review plans, reports, estimates and calculations for accuracy.
• Support client presentations, proposals and pursuits.
• Mentor team members in a collaborative environment.
