Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree required.
• Minimum 10+ years architectural design experience.
• LEED Accredited Professional certification required or pursued.
• Advanced proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rhino.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop design solutions per client requirements and local codes.
• Perform BIM studies and transitions from concept to detailing.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline teams and attend meetings.
• Assist with site analysis, reports, and project documentation.
