Job summary

TCA Architects, founded in 1993, is seeking a Project Manager in Oakland to lead a project team from schematic design through construction administration. You will work with the Studio Director, designers, and QA to ensure the design intent is delivered, manage budgets and consultant coordination, and mentor the documentation team.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years PM experience on multi-family projects, Revit knowledge, and a Bachelor’s in Architecture. California license preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager on multi-family projects.
• Experience with Type 1 & 5 construction strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Revit required for project documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Direct project team through schematic design to construction documents.
• Oversee contract documents, redlining, budgets and billings.
• Coordinate consultants and manage QA/QC processes.
• Train and mentor documentation staff to deliver design intent.
