Job summary

Williamson Design Associates in Boca Raton, FL seeks an Architect / Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from design through construction administration. This full-time role requires leading architectural and engineering teams, mentoring staff, and delivering innovative solutions that meet client needs.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 8+ years of project management experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of proven experience in architectural project management and construction detailing.
• Licensure preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, REVIT and related design software.

Responsibilities

• Management of the design process from conception to construction administration, ensuring client satisfaction and design intent.
• Assisting in production of projects using Revit.
• Serve as the clients’ primary liaison by actively managing the program, budget, schedules and project communication
• Management of project financials including overall budget, client and subconsultant invoicing
• Coordinate, collaborate and communicate with all internal team members and external consultants through construction administration phases
• Implementation of quality control measures to ensure project success
• Review and verify calculations, estimates, plans and reports
• Participation in project pursuits, client presentations and proposals as needed
