CyberCoders is seeking a Senior Architectural PM to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects from planning through construction. You will align design vision with technical execution, manage client relationships, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across higher education, civic, and related sectors.

  • 12+ years of experience with professional licensure.

  • Strong knowledge of California Building Code, accessibility requirements and permitting.

  • $135k - $155k + bonus
  • Full-time/Permanent
  • Hybrid remote (4 days in LA office/ half day Friday remote)

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, aligning design vision, technical execution, and project performance from planning through construction.

With 12+ years of experience and professional licensure, you are recognized for leading teams, managing clients, and delivering higher education and civic projects. Your expertise in complex procurement and competitive pursuits ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals, institutional priorities, and community impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Architecture
  • Architecture license is preferred
  • Familiarity with Revit
  • Experience with multifamily, higher-ed, hospitality, or civic is a plus
  • Project delivery methods, including design-build, CM at risk, and traditional delivery
  • Strong knowledge of California Building Code, accessibility requirements, and local permitting processes, with experience navigating public approvals
  • Strong technical background in building systems, construction methods, and multidisciplinary coordination.
