Chord Design Studio, a remote architecture and interiors firm, seeks a licensed architect with 12+ years of project leadership to guide design, documentation, and coordination. You will own client and consultant communications, push for clear answers, and mentor staff while safeguarding scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Licensed architect with 12+ years of experience.
• 8+ years in a project manager role in hospitality, aviation, or restaurant sectors.
• At least 8 years of construction administration experience.
• Strong detailing skills and cross-trade coordination.
• Advanced Revit proficiency and code coordination knowledge.
• Strong client/consultant communication and leadership.
• NCARB, Forma/Construction Cloud, and Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred.
• Based in the Denver metro area within 50 miles of Denver International Airport.

Responsibilities

• Lead small and mid-size projects from design through construction administration.
• Own day-to-day client and consultant communications, updates, and decisions.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
• Direct full trade coordination across structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants.
• Track schedules, budgets, and client decision points.
• Mentor Project Architects and Designers and maintain quality deadlines.
• Travel to project sites up to 30% as needed.
