Senior Architectural PM – Starbase Campus

Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Architectural Project Manager for Starbase Development in Texas to lead end-to-end construction projects across diverse settings, supporting rapid Starship production and campus development.

You will coordinate with design teams, engineers, and PMs, define requirements, produce 3D renders, and manage schedule and budgets, overseeing contracts through close-out. Onsite in Starbase; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, architectural engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of professional experience with architecture and/or engineering of capital projects.
• Licensed architect in Texas or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end from design through close-out.
• Primary contact between design teams, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, maintenance teams and stakeholders.
• Define project requirements and develop siting, massing, and programming.
• Produce conceptual 3D renders and visualizations for design reviews.
• Own schedule and cost; drive projects to meet budgets and timelines.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage design and construction contracts with subcontractors.
• Coordinate with engineering for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, network, AV, fire & life safety systems.
• Manage permitting and AHJ inspections.
• Resolve field design and construction conflicts in real time.

Education

Bachelor's degree in architecture, architectural engineering, or related engineering discipline

Licensed architect in Texas or PMP certification

Project management

Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
