Job summary

Impact Housing is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to oversee design and production for two to five complex modular housing projects in the DTLA area. You will coordinate architectural management, detailing, production, and QA/QC from concept through construction administration, guiding less experienced staff and potentially leading a team in the absence of senior leadership.

• Architectural experience in multi‑family residential design, or equivalent, evidenced by prior projects.
• Leadership experience: led architectural teams with strong collaboration.
• Clear communication of concepts, plans, and schedules in writing and visuals.
• Collaborative, open to input and cross‑functional teamwork.
• Self-starter: manage and document tasks toward deadlines.
• Motivator: experience supporting individuals or teams toward project success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design activities across leadership, design consultants, development, and construction teams.
• Manage project schedules and align stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
• Lead QA/QC processes to maintain design and construction standards.
• Drive 2–5 multifamily or mixed‑use factory‑built projects from concept through construction administration.
