Job summary

Cube 3 LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager (CAPM) to oversee Construction Administration for multiple large and medium-scale projects. The CAPM reports to the Studio Leader or Principal and directs CA activities, mentoring junior staff and ensuring client relationships are maintained.

The role requires substantial CA experience across architecture/interiors, QAQC coordination, and strong leadership to drive efficient, profitable CA efforts within contract and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years related experience in architectural projects with a depth of experience in Construction Administration.
• Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited School.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects in Construction with minimal oversight.
• Execute and/or oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effectively manage project staff and schedule to ensure completion within allocated periods of time.
• Manage junior staff who will be involved for fixed periods during CA, mentoring them while overseeing or acting as the person-in-charge during CA.
• Maintains ongoing, positive and proactive client relationships.
• Effectively and proactively coach, mentor and provide performance-enhancing feedback to team members.
• Direct activities related to construction admin, including scheduling, preparation of shop drawings, field observations, report of change orders, and pay requests.
• Ensure that CA activities emphasize efficiency, quality assurance, and code compliance.
• Collaborate with Owners and contractors to solve problems in a time-pressure environment.
• Provide periodic briefings/reports to senior management on costs and recommendations.
