Job summary

Design Hire is seeking a Project Manager to oversee architectural metal construction projects from award through closeout in Mesa, Arizona. You will coordinate budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and customer communication to ensure high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in architectural metal, sheet metal, roofing, or building envelope projects, with strong skills in reading drawings, forecasting, and contract documentation. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in architectural metal, sheet metal, roofing, or building envelope projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, forecasting, change orders, and contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural metal construction projects from kickoff through final completion and handoff.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with customers, architects, general contractors, fabrication teams, field personnel, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders for accurate execution.
• Monitor progress, resolve field issues, support procurement, and maintain stakeholder communication.
