Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment seeks a Project Manager for architectural and ornamental metal and glass projects. The role spans from project handoff through closeout, coordinating with field teams, design groups, vendors, and clients, to ensure schedule, budget, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant commercial construction project management experience.
• Direct experience with architectural metal and glass or related specialty work.
• Experience managing projects through multiple lifecycle phases from award to closeout.
• Ability to read contracts, drawings, specs, schedules and submittals.
• Strong communication, organization, negotiation, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects from handoff to completion.
• Review contracts, scope, plans, and schedules to establish strategy.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, billing, and cash flow.
• Serve as primary client/GC contact and coordinate with teams and vendors.
• Develop and manage change orders and subcontractor relationships.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, fabrication coordination, and long-lead materials.
• Develop schedules, monitor milestones, and ensure deliverables.
• Mentor Junior PMs, Assistant PMs, and Coordinators.
• Ensure schedule, budget, quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.
