Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of architectural plans, elevations, and specifications and how they translate on site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering on constructability and design issues related to installations and sequencing.
• Provide field engineering support to superintendents and subcontractors to meet cost and time schedules.
• Develop work plans, perform site inspections, and document progress with design change coordination.
• Prepare quantity listings and requisitions for field material purchases.
• Support planning and delivery of construction materials and equipment, ensuring environmental protection.
• Review specifications, POs, subcontracts, and schedules to advise on site.
• Oversee subcontractor work and interface with architectural scope.
• Assist Area Field Engineer in managing architectural scope.
