Job summary

Kiewit is seeking several Building Design Managers/Project Managers to join our Industrial Building A&E team, supporting design execution and coordination of multi-discipline personnel on complex DB/EPC projects. You will interface with proposal and engineering teams, manage contracts, and drive estimating, productivity, and delivery from concept to construction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
10+ years of design/PM experience with at least 7 years in building design and 3 years in leadership.
PE or RA license preferred.
Design Build and EPC experience in industrial markets.

Responsibilities

Lead the building project team and interface with project management, engineering discipline leads and other stakeholders.
Set productivity, quality, milestones, budget and schedule expectations; monitor metrics and implement recovery plans as needed.
Support project initiation and development in both the estimate and execution phases for project success.
Manage staffing to support each project and develop the team.
Drive project scheduling and document control in collaboration with project controls and procurement.
