Job summary

Kiewit Architectural & Engineering (KAE) seeks an experienced Architectural/Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary building projects across diverse sectors. You will oversee design efforts from concept through construction, guiding engineers, architects and specialists to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced, client-driven environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related field.
12+ years in architecture, engineering and design of building systems with progressive project leadership.
At least 5 years managing multi-disciplinary engineering and architecture teams through all design phases.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary design teams (mechanical, electrical, structural, architecture, civil, and specialty disciplines) on complex building projects.
Manage projects through all phases: conceptual, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction support.
Develop and maintain project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
Ensure projects meet technical, quality, safety, constructability, and client expectations.
