Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking an Architectural Senior Engineering Technician to design, analyze, and detail structural components for water infrastructure projects. You will work with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam to produce architectural models and drawings under supervision.

The role requires advanced engineering knowledge, experience with digital design tools, and the ability to guide other technicians. Hybrid work options may be offered after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 11 years related work experience (minimum).
• Citizenship/clearance requirements per 10 CFR 810.
• Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a senior engineering technician, technical design specialist, and/or supervisor.
• Applies advanced technical expertise to solve complex design challenges.
• Contributes to the development of innovative engineering solutions.
• Uses CAD/BIM tools to create, modify, and maintain drawings and documentation.
• Provides guidance to other technicians to ensure quality and consistency.

Education

Associate degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Design Related Technology
