Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Engineers & Planners, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Architectural Designer to lead design through construction documents, permitting, bidding and construction administration.

You will coordinate with disciplines and clients, maintain standards, and guide projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has eight years of experience and expert knowledge of building codes, with strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD and BIM software.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience as Architectural Graduate or Project Coordinator.
• Thorough understanding of building construction methods and applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CP/Client standards and QC throughout projects.
• Produce architectural designs, CDs and specifications.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and communicate with clients.
• Manage permitting, bidding and construction administration processes.
• Serve as the main P.O.C. for projects and handle RFIs.
• Assist in proposal preparation.
