Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and 5–8 years of experience in an architectural firm/field.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT.
• Understanding of architecture, building construction, and building codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run projects with minimal oversight.
• Design and produce construction documents and specifications.
• Complete designated scope within allotted time budget.
• Delegate, review, and manage work of team members.
• Assist in permitting processes and construction administration.
