Job summary
DesignCell Architecture is seeking a seasoned architect to lead project planning, definition of scope, and zoning research while aligning schedules with project goals. You will create innovative, accurate designs and collaborate with clients, jurisdictions, consultants, and internal teams to reach project objectives.
Responsibilities include concept site and building design, development, presentations, and solving complex problems with innovative approaches.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in U.S.-based architectural design in hospitality, housing or commercial projects.
- Education: US Bachelor’s degree required.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning by defining scope, evaluating project locale, researching zoning and aligning schedules with project goals.
- Create innovative, accurate, high-quality designs.
- Collaborate with clients, jurisdictions, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Participate in concept site and building designs, design development, presentations, and innovative problem-solving.
