You will guide design decisions and coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction to deliver compelling, compliant spaces.

This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and continuous learning, with clear paths to advancement and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ of US architectural project experience with mid-rise wood construction.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• A License or NCARB Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Understand, plan, track, and deliver projects with a clear grasp of client requirements, proposals, contracts, and scope.
• Coordinate with consultants and review/redline drawings for quality assurance at key milestones (30%, 60%, 90%).
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
• Identify potential risks early and develop strategic solutions.
