The ideal candidates will have 10+ years of New York-based project management experience at an architectural or interior design firm working on large commercial office, mixed-use, civic, academic, cultural, or other complex projects.

You will manage project teams, create proposals and fees, review contracts and invoices, and interface with clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of New York-based project management experience at an architectural or interior design firm.
• Experience managing project teams, creating project proposals and fees, reviewing contracts and invoices, and interfacing with clients.
• Capable of leading multiple projects independently and collaboratively on larger-scale work.
• Design proficiency with building systems, sustainability, accessibility, and code compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Type I/II construction, materials, and systems; LEED experience desirable.
• Licensed Architect in New York preferred; Revit proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects independently and as part of a design team.
• Develop designs with systems, sustainability, accessibility and code compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare proposals and fees, review contracts and invoices.
• Guide project documentation and development using Revit.
