Job summary

Matrix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Industrial Architect to lead complex design projects across multiple offices.

The role requires coordinating a diverse team of architects, engineers, and designers, and delivering innovative solutions while upholding building codes and client expectations. You will manage client relations, develop contract documents using Revit, mentor staff, and work with the Department Manager on technology needs, proposals, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and management skills.
• Experience leading architectural teams and coordinating with engineers.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project designs and direct architects to complete designs per standards.
• Develop contract documents, including Revit models, drawings, details, specs.
• Develop and maintain Revit standards, templates, libraries.
• Collaborate with Department Manager on team improvements and strategy.
• Mentor architects and designers to support learning.
• Manage project budgets and resources with WBS and scope.
• Supervise project personnel and control productivity and changes.
• Submit budgets and schedules for evaluation with stakeholders.
• Maintain project correspondence files and documentation.
• Maintain positive client relations and pursue new opportunities.
• Work safely and follow company and client safety standards.
