OneFourTwo Design Group in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to join our full‑service design team. You will contribute to site planning, code research, and the creation of permit-ready drawings, collaborating with project managers and consultants to advance design through construction documents.

The role requires a professional architecture degree with 5+ years of experience and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field with 5+ years of design experience.
Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) and construction drawings is required.
Revit experience is required.

Responsibilities

Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers.
Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants.
Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas.
Review project scope with construction project managers.
Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction.
Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants.
Develop preliminary designs into construction documents.
