OneFourTwo Design Group in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to join our full‑service design team. You will contribute to site planning, code research, and the creation of permit-ready drawings, collaborating with project managers and consultants to advance design through construction documents.

The role requires a professional architecture degree with 5+ years of experience and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field with 5+ years of design experience.
• Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) and construction drawings is required.
• Revit experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers.
• Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants.
• Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas.
• Review project scope with construction project managers.
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction.
• Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants.
• Develop preliminary designs into construction documents.

Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Architectural Designer who is passionate about the design process to join our team in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

A Day In The Life

• Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
• Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants
• Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas
• Review project scope with construction project managers
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
• Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants
• Develop preliminary designs into construction documents

Necessary Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field, with 5+ years of relevant design experience
• Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) and construction drawings is required
• Revit experience is required
• Experience in standard Microsoft & Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Word, etc.) experience is preferred
• AutoCAD and Lumion/Sketchup experience is preferred
