OneFourTwo Design Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Architectural Designer who will assist with site and space planning, develop construction documents, and coordinate with project managers and consultants. The role requires Revit experience and the ability to create presentation drawings and renderings to convey design ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field, with 2+ years of relevant design experience.
• Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) and construction drawings is required.
• Revit experience is required.
• Experience in standard Microsoft & Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Word, etc.) experience is preferred.
• AutoCAD and Lumion/Sketchup experience is preferred.

Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Designer who is passionate about the design process, to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

A Day in the Life:

• Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
• Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants
• Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas
• Review project scope with construction project managers
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
• Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants
• Develop preliminary designs into construction documents
