Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our Architecture team in Coral Gables or Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role covers design development, presentation drawings, and construction documents across multiple public and private projects.

Proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop is expected. A 5-year degree in architecture is required; licensure and LEED certification are preferred; 3+ years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture required (5-year or masters).
• Architectural license preferred.
• LEED certification preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schematics, design development and construction documents.
• Develop, modify and review production drawings and specifications.
• Research materials for appropriate project selection.
• Plan and administer projects from programming to construction administration.
• Review submittals and assist project manager in construction administration.
