Woolpert, Inc. in Coral Gables, Florida, is seeking an Architectural Team Leader to guide a small architectural team while contributing to project delivery. The role involves technical leadership, QA/QC, and coordination with discipline leadership.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Architecture, at least six years of experience, two years of leadership, strong communication, and proficiency in BIM (Revit) and related tools. Hybrid work model; visa sponsorship unavailable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Six (6) years of professional architectural experience.
• Two (2) years of progressive leadership or team coordination experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Perform architectural design and technical work while providing oversight of team deliverables.
• Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert.
• Review architectural documents and deliverables for quality and adherence to standards.
• Support QA/QC processes and architectural best practices.
• Assist with technical problem solving affecting project objectives.
• Support proposal development, including scope, staffing input, and fee support.
• Contribute to client coordination and business development aligned with the strategic plan.
• Track and communicate plan vs. actual performance related to scope, schedule, and workload.
