Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. seeks an Architectural Designer to join our Architecture team in Coral Gables or Fort Lauderdale, FL. You’ll contribute across all project phases from design development to construction documentation, coordinating with the team and ensuring quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds a 5-year architecture degree, possesses or pursues licensure, and brings hands-on experience with REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop. LEED certification is a plus. Florida office-based role.

Qualifications

• 5-year bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
• Architectural License preferred.
• LEED certification is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in designing complex facilities.
• Proficient with REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schematics, design development and construction documents.
• Develop and review production drawings and project specifications.
• Plan and administer projects from programming to construction administration.
• Review submittals and assist project manager in construction administration.
• Analyze client problems and craft architectural solutions.
