The role requires an architectural license, NCARB preferred, and multi-state licensure; LEED AP and WELL AP are pluses. Travel as needed; mentoring junior staff and ensuring code compliance throughout preconstruction and construction phases.

Qualifications

• Architectural license is required and NCARB certification preferred
• Experience with commercial architecture and multi-story projects
• Strong knowledge of building and accessibility codes

Responsibilities

• Prepare working drawings and permit-ready drawings
• Coordinate with Design Architect and project executives for delivery
• Lead client design meetings during phases
• Coordinate with AHJs and manage permit approvals
• Mentor junior staff and support BIM management
