Qualifications

• 15+ years of architectural production experience in commercial, retail, or industrial projects.
• Professional registration (RA) strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Revit and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical design and production from concept through construction.
• Coordinate and oversee project teams to meet client specs with emphasis on detailing.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure QA/QC of construction documents.
• Act as technical authority for teams and clients.
