Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise/solution architecture, platform engineering, security architecture, or technical consulting experience in regulated environments.
• 8+ years of cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) with broad architecture expertise across apps, data, security, and reliability

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve target architectures across apps, platforms, cloud, data, analytics, integration, security, identity, observability, and reliability for state government solutions.
• Establish architecture principles, reference architectures, technology standards, and reusable patterns across programs.
• Provide architecture leadership for EDW, data platforms, analytics, healthcare access, and digital applications.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into feasible technical architectures; identify risks and reuse opportunities.
