Larson Design Group (LDG) seeks a Senior Architect for Federal Projects to provide design leadership and technical expertise from concept through completion. The role targets experienced architects who thrive in regulated environments, delivering secure, compliant, high-quality design solutions for government clients.

The Senior Architect leads multidisciplinary teams, acts as a trusted federal client advisor, and ensures all deliverables meet stringent standards and QA/QC requirements.

Qualificações

• NAAB-accredited architecture degree required.
• Minimum 12 years of job-related experience.
• Registered Architect (RA) with NCARB certification required.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local codes and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning and architectural design of complex federal projects.
• Review and refine team work to ensure compliance with federal standards.
• Prepare detailed construction documents meeting federal requirements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across design issues.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders.
• Perform final QA/QC reviews prior to submission.
• Support proposal development and labor-hour estimating with technical input.
• Define scope with federal agencies and translate objectives into design solutions.
• Mentor architectural staff and foster professional development.
