Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Sr. Architect/ Project Manager for its US Federal studio in Los Angeles. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver complex military construction design and engineering programs.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, ensuring design excellence from concept through construction. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in architecture/engineering, DoD project experience, and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or similar field.
Professional registration is preferred.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Lead design projects through all phases from planning to construction administration.
Develop innovative concepts and user-centered design solutions.
Prepare design presentations and client deliverables.
Mentor junior designers and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Support business development through proposals and client engagement.
