Job summary

The Kaali-Nagy Company, a Greenwich-based ultra-luxury architectural and real estate development firm, seeks a Senior Architect / Project Manager to lead design and construction for multi-project portfolios. This role combines hands-on architecture with project management across high-end residences, from pre-development through occupancy, in New England and Palm Beach markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in ultra-luxury single-family design and construction.
• Post-graduate experience of 5+ years spanning design and high-end residential construction.
• Licensure or active progress toward licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full design and construction process for ultra-luxury homes, including schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Lead pre-development to occupancy, coordinating with owners, consultants and trades.
• Oversee onsite and offsite construction to ensure compliance with plans, codes and quality standards.
• Coordinate with town agencies, clients and vendors to maintain project timelines.
