Salas O’Brien is seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to provide design, evaluation, and planning of mechanical systems for a range of industrial sectors. The role is offered in a hybrid environment with in‑office collaboration and remote flexibility.

The candidate must reside within 30 miles of the Cincinnati, Ohio area. You will consult on complex building enclosure projects, provide exterior envelope consulting through site observations, and produce technical pictures and reports.

Job Summary: The candidate will provide engineering design, evaluation, and planning of mechanical systems. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on projects in a variety of industrial market sectors, such as pharmaceutical, food & beverage, specialty chemical, and manufacturing environments. This position is offered in a hybrid work environment, with a combination of in‑office collaboration and remote work flexibility. The candidate must reside within 30 miles of the Cincinnati, Ohio area.

• Provide exterior envelope consulting through site observations.

Location: Remote - Nation‑wide

Travel: None

The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
