Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, D.Arch) or international equivalent.
• Architectural license in good standing with home state, plus NCARB certification or ability to obtain.
• AEC firm experience and cross-discipline project coordination across various project types.
• Ability to develop complete Construction Documents and Specifications for complex projects.
• 10+ years of professional experience; at least 3 years in strategic, master, or space planning.
• Nice to have: IBC/OSHA/ADA knowledge; experience in CRB core markets; LEED/WELL or similar.

Responsibilities

• Execute all design phases from programming to construction administration.
• Develop studies and presentations and present to internal/external audiences.
• Generate complex code analyses, life safety and detailed drawings for large projects.
• Lead construction support: RFI responses, submittals, progress reports, and budgeting.
• Conduct quality checks and drive overall project quality.
• Identify and resolve code, construction or design challenges; act as Architect of Record.
