Job summary

ECC is seeking a licensed Architect or Professional Engineer to lead the delivery of complex federal design-build projects nationwide and around the world. We are looking for professionals with approximately 5 to 15 years of real-world design experience who have developed strong technical expertise within their discipline and are ready to lead multidisciplinary subcontracted A/E teams.

In this position, you will: You will serve as the design management lead on complex federal design-build

Qualifications

• Active RA or PE license required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible design experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple disciplines and leading A/E teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management on federal design-build projects.
• Guide projects from proposal to final design and construction support.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder meetings.
• Contribute to diverse federal programs including DoD, NAVFAC, USACE.
• Deliver high-quality design outcomes and effective collaboration.
