Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture required.
• Licensed Architect preferred, or pursuing licensure with ability to register in Florida.
• Strong experience leading architectural projects and managing delivery.
• Confident design leadership with strong conceptual and schematic design ability.
• Solid understanding of construction documentation, coordination with consultants, and detailing.
• Ability to manage deadlines, multiple workflows, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from early concept design through construction documentation and delivery.
• Guide schematic design phases and shape project direction.
• Turn client goals and site opportunities into clear design solutions.
• Work with planning, landscape architecture, and design teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and local agencies across all phases.
• Oversee drawing production, technical documentation, and project coordination for quality and accuracy.
• Support presentations, design narratives, entitlement packages, and client materials.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with timelines and client expectations.
