Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases: Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
• Establish and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment with client goals, code requirements, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building relationships and leading meetings.
• Direct and coordinate internal staff and external consultants; monitor progress and deadlines.
• Oversee design quality and document reviews; support problem-solving during construction.
