Ghafari Associates is seeking an experienced Architect to lead design development and construction documentation on large projects. You will supervise the architectural team, coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, and ensure adherence to schedule and budget while mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates bring strong Revit, AutoCAD and BIM360 skills, and a track record of coordinating complex design efforts across disciplines in a hybrid environment. Dearborn/Grand Rapids locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• NCARB AXP completion required.
• Licensing exams in progress preferred.
• LEED Certification preferred.
• WELL Building Certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and run moderate to large, complex projects.
• Identify design parameters including code, site restrictions, budget and schedule restraints.
• Lead project work plan and execution of tasks.
• Oversee daily activities of the architectural project team and ensure quality of Construction Documents.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced staff.
• Produce schematic design, design development and construction documents.
• Maintain architectural standards and production tools.
• Familiar with Revit model creation and project setup per company standards.
• Coordinate all disciplines and ensure timely information exchange.
