Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from NAAB-accredited program; licensure in at least one US state.
• NCARB certification preferred and LEED AP accreditation encouraged.
• Experience leading architectural design on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all aspects of architectural design on multi-discipline projects.
• Meet with clients to validate scope of services and present designs.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet budget, schedule, and objectives.
• Direct and mentor Architects, Interns, and Designers assigned to the project.
• Support marketing and business development activities and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design standards across teams.
