Job summary

Introba is seeking an Associate, Senior Architect to join our Growing Team at our Kansas City location. The Associate, Senior Architect will provide architectural design and construction administration services from initial project inception through completion along with providing Introba services and administering projects as Introba’s primary single source contact.

Additionally, will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure that the goals and objectives of the project are

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
8+ years of experience; NCARB preferred.
Experience with government and/or healthcare projects is desirable.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of MasterSpec format.
Strong documentation and design analysis writing skills.

Responsibilities

Research, plans, designs and administers building projects per program and budget.
Coordinate site, interiors, structural and MEPFP disciplines into unified design.
Prepare submittals, bids, and procurement documentation for government approvals.
Lead client communications, develop proposals and manage project staffing.
Monitor schedules and budgets, ensure quality standards and closeout activities.
