Job summary

Introba is seeking an Associate, Senior Architect for our Indianapolis, IN location. You will provide architectural design and construction administration from inception through completion, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating multi-discipline teams to meet project goals.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, and active involvement in project delivery, bidding, and quality control. Hybrid work option available.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in architecture or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of experience with project design and administration.
• Experience with government/healthcare projects a plus.
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD; familiar with BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and construction administration from inception to completion.
• Coordinate site, interiors, structural and MEPFP disciplines into unified drawings.
• Prepare submittals, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Assist client with bids, proposals and project plan staffing.
• Monitor schedule, budgets, and quality across all phases.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure BIM standards compliance.
• Oversee close-out, record drawings, and project handover.
