Job summary

Introba in Indianapolis, IN seeks an Associate, Senior Architect to provide architectural design and construction administration from inception through completion. The role involves coordinating site, interiors, structural, and MEPFP disciplines and serving as the primary client contact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited college.
• 8+ years of experience in architecture/design.
• Government and/or Healthcare project experience desired.
• NCARB registration desirable.

Responsibilities

• Research, plans, designs, and administers building projects and coordinates with client on requirements.
• Coordinate site, interiors, structural, and MEPFP disciplines into a unified design.
• Prepare submittals, review with client, and assist with government approvals and permits.
• Oversee construction administration, bids, and project close-out; maintain project records.
• Mentor staff and manage staffing for project phases.
