RQ Construction LLC seeks a licensed Architect to join our Jacksonville, FL Architectur e department as Design Project Manager. Lead design efforts, coordinate across disciplines, and guide projects from schematic design through construction documentation.

The role emphasizes DoD-related work, technical leadership, and strong client representation, with a hybrid office schedule in Jacksonville, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required.
• Licensed/Registered Architect is required.
• NCARB certification preferred.
• 10+ years' experience preparing construction documents for projects from $30M to $150M.
• Solid knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and low-voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams across multiple disciplines to ensure project delivery from schematic design to construction documents.
• Coordinate DoD and other project requirements with engineers and architects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and design standards.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight in the design group.
