Job summary

Shive-Hattery is seeking an Architect with 8–15 years of experience to support gaming and hospitality projects from concept through completion. The role offers a hybrid work environment and collaboration with a talented team.

You will lead design discussions, coordinate documentation, and present solutions to clients while ensuring high-quality outcomes. A Bachelor's or Master’s in Architecture is required, licensure essential, and NCARB a plus; strong Revit and CAD skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or equivalent education/experience.
• Licensed Architect required; NCARB certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of architectural systems, construction docs and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design and project management with design discussions and idea generation.
• Direct non-licensed professionals to design and coordinate the process and docs.
• Design and detailing in Autodesk Revit and related tools.
• Attend project and client meetings for business development and contracts.
• Develop technical design solutions.
• Assist in design presentation development.
