Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in healthcare planning and design.
• Licensure is required.
• Advanced accreditation preferred (EDAC, WELL AP, CHID, ACHA).
• Strong understanding of healthcare codes, regulations, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to all phases of healthcare projects.
• Serve as client-facing leader in user groups and design presentations.
• Translate clinical needs into buildable architectural solutions.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants.
• Apply knowledge of healthcare codes and accessibility standards.
• Lead or support QA/QC reviews.
• Mentor less-experienced staff.
• Contribute to proposals and client pursuits.
• Assist with project management and team structuring.
